We offer three levels of support, designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Level 1: Standard Support – Included with all licences

The AppCheck NG Service offers unlimited access to industry leading scanning technology. The SaaS portal allows you to configure and manage your own scans on a frequency that suits your business need.

In addition to our standard service Support Plus offers supplementary access to technical support that is provided by specialist Penetration Testing Consultants. Our Consultants will provide post scan consultancy to explain the results in greater depth and provide remediation advice.

The AppCheck NG Managed Web application Scanning Service combines industry leading application scanning technology with the knowledge and expertise of Senior Penetration Testing Consultants. The hybrid service is designed for those who seek the assurance that consultant guided scans provide.

The AppCheck NG Managed Service is fully supported throughout the scanning engagement, from scoping and configuring your scans, removal of false positive results to post-scan support to help you understand and analyse your results.
